The Mt Whitney Gallery was founded in 2023 by Joshua Cripps as a way to share his passion stunning landscapes of the Sierra Nevada and beyond.
Open from 2023-2026, the gallery featured large format, museum-caliber fine art prints of Josh’s signature photographs.
The Eastern Sierra has long held a special place in my heart. It may very well be the best location on the planet for landscape photography. To the east you have the sprawling intrigue of Death Valley National Park. To the west, my beloved high Sierra with its endless meadows and peaks. Almost any kind of landscape you can imagine exists in between. That sheer variety and stunning beauty is why I chose the Eastern Sierra for this gallery, and my home.
