How often do you use filters?
I love using filters, and I use them all the time. The most commonly used filter for me is the 10 stop neutral density filter, which I use to create long exposures. I also love the 6 stop ND for the same purpose but not quite as extremely long shutter speeds. After that I’d say I use a circular polarizer the most often, especially when I’m shooting in the forest or any moving water. I don’t use graduated neutral density filters as frequently because the dynamic range of camera sensors these days is so good. But when I’m shooting at the coast I will still often use graduated ND filters because I like to be able to darken my sky relatives my foreground in order to have some control over my shutter speed at the same time.
