How do I capture a moving object in the foreground?
In order to capture a moving object in the foreground with a fast shutter speed, and still have enough light to expose the photo, you need to start raising your ISO. This will allow you to target a faster shutter speed while maintaining the depth of field that you want, and thereby achieve a good exposure.
