Recently I had the experience to sit down with Matt Payne for his photography podcast, F-Stop Collaborate and Listen. It was a very enjoyable conversation and over the course of our nearly 2-hour talk we covered topics as wide ranging as authenticity, imposter syndrome and the importance of perspective, the importance of networking and the Photo Plus Expo, my story of being stranded in the mountains of New Zealand, popular locations and impact, and minimizing expectations in the field.

We also touched on moutaineering, as well as the the photography of Corey RichGabriel Eisenband, and Vern Clevenger.

You can listen to the interview here, but be sure to stop by F-Stop Collaborate and Listen in order to subscribe and hear stories from some of today’s most interesting photographers.
